Department: Financial Planning & Analysis

Position Summary

The FP&A Director is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial planning and analysis functions, providing strategic insights and guiding the organization through financial forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation. The role involves advising senior management on business performance and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing a high-level strategy for managing corporate finances.
  • Set strategic vision of the FP&A function.
  • Drive the profitability of Tarsus FP&A service offering by efficiently deploying processes & resources in fulfillment of client SOWs.
  • Evaluating team performance.
  • Assessing reports to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Providing insights, recommendations, and risk assessments to executives and shareholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of FP&A experience, with extensive leadership responsibilities.
  • Exceptional strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Excellent communicator with demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial concepts to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Software / SaaS or in a Startup, preferred.
